These terms apply between Galtö Camping and the person who books or pays for a camping pitch, either for themselves or through a representative. In these terms, the customer/payer is referred to as the “Customer”, and the provider as “Galtö Camping”, “We” or “Galtö Camping”. The booking and payment include only the rental of a camping pitch at Galtö Camping.
Customers and guests at Galtö Camping are required to comply with the campsite’s general rules. The full rules and regulations are available at www.galtöcamping.se. If these rules are not followed, staff have the right to remove the guest from the area.
To book and pay for a camping pitch at boka.galtöcamping.se, the customer must be at least 18 years old. Payment requires a debit/credit card or Swish, as well as BankID or equivalent. Payment is made directly at the time of booking.
The price includes the rental of a camping pitch and, if selected, a connection to electricity (10 amps) including consumption. All camping pitches are booked from 12:00 to 12:00 the following day.
Pitch sizes vary, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected pitch is large enough for their equipment. The specified dimensions include required safety distances of up to four meters to neighboring pitches.
When the booking confirmation is received, the customer must verify that all information is correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the confirmation is accurate. The confirmation is sent by email and SMS.
If anything is incorrect, Galtö Camping must be contacted within seven days of receipt, but no later than 24 hours before arrival. All prices are stated in SEK and include VAT.
Cancellations can only be made online via boka.galtöcamping.se.
The customer is responsible for having necessary protection such as liability insurance, vehicle insurance, accident insurance and travel insurance. Galtö Camping is not responsible for damage or loss caused by others or for forgotten belongings.
The customer agrees to take care of both the rented object and the campsite and to follow rules, instructions and regulations. The customer is also responsible for ensuring that all accompanying guests and visitors comply with them.
Galtö Camping is not responsible for damage to or loss of guests’ property. Damage to the environment, buildings, inventory or guests’ property may result in liability for compensation.
We expect all guests to respect the rules of conduct. The campsite staff has the authority to take action in the event of violations.

By using the website, you agree to Galtö Camping’s and Hamnsystem Sverige AB’s data policy. Galtö Camping reserves the right to send information and marketing by email or SMS on special occasions.
This agreement applies between the customer and Galtö Camping. The agreement is terminated with immediate effect if the terms are not followed, if the customer or someone in the company behaves disruptively or causes damage. In the event of a breach of contract, the customer and the entire party must leave the campsite immediately. In case of damage or disruptive behaviour, compensation may be required.
In the event of a complaint, you must contact us directly. Note that the possibility of correction decreases if you wait to complain. If we are not able to resolve the matter together, it can be referred to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
In situations such as war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or other events considered force majeure, Galtö Camping has the right to withdraw from the agreement. The customer and guests will be informed as soon as possible. In such cases, Galtö Camping will refund the paid amount except for periods already used.
